1. One Recent passport size photograph of the student.

2. One set of Photograph of both the parents/guardian.

3. Copy of birth certificate issued by the Municipality (Self Attested).

4. Copy of Aadhaar Card of Students (Self Attested)

5. Attested photocopy of previous class Progress Report Card.

6. Address proof of parents.

7. Original Transfer Certificate from previous school.

8. Registration Card issued by CBSE (for Classes X and XII only)

9. Transfer Certificate from a recognized school already attended by the student. Student transferring from outside Panipat must get the Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of the District where the school is located.
